OBJECTIF DU POSTE: Fournir du soutien technique de notre personnel, des systèmes et des infrastructures d'Oxfam dans le Sud.Fournir la première ligne de soutien pour le personnel d'Oxfam et de ces bureaux sous la supervision du responsable IT et du BSM. Un suivi régulier de l'infrastructure informatique dans les bureaux d'Oxfam en Haïti afin d'assurer un rendement acceptable.RESPONSABILITES CLES: Le soutien efficace des TIC de l'équipe d'Oxfam, les systèmes et l'infrastructure.1. Fournir un soutien technique sur place et à distance pour les questions matérielles, logicielles et réseaux par le système Service Desk (Helpdesk) existante.2. Surveiller activement l'infrastructure informatique (accès Internet, la procédure de sauvegarde, réseau et autres) dans les bureaux d'Oxfam dans le Sud pour assurer une performance acceptable. Signaler les problèmes au responsable IT Haiti ou coordonnateur régional en cas de besoin.3. Travailler activement avec l'équipe informatique de chaque filiale dans la mise en œuvre de changements dans l'infrastructure demandée par le siège et en l'absence du responsable IT.4. Fournir un entretien préventif pour les ordinateurs de bureau et ordinateurs portables existants dans le bureau deux fois par an. Oxfam fournira tous les accessoires nécessaires pour le maintien.Pour assurer la formation de personnel d'Oxfam sur l'utilisation des TIC liés à des outils, des techniques, des systèmes et des procédures en matière de TIC.
