Handle all inbound calls from prospective and current clients; addresse customer/client issues and ensure effective short-term and long-term resolution in a timely manner and with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.Answer the phone and coordinates with others to provide consistent coverage of phones during business hours; consistently meets or exceeds clients’ service expectations.Manage emotional or complex customer situations with clients and network partners promptly and professionally while meeting commitments for service, sales and assistance. Educate prospects/clients and determine customer requirements and expectations to secure all relevant direct sale opportunities. Enroll clients into the computerized contact management system and conduct follow-up calls when necessary.Provide timely feedback to Management and network practices regarding service failures or client concerns.Process donor egg selection and follow policy and procedures with a near 100% accuracy level.Adhere to Genetic Carrier Standard Operating Procedure and educate clients on genetic testing of selected donors who are listed as a carrier.Respond to Coordinator inquiries within two hours of receipt and processes match sheets within 24 hours of receipt for preliminary requests; process same day Final Match Sheets, with the exclusion of Friday through Sunday.Maintain an electronic client files (enters, updates, etc.).Respond to client emergencies in a timely manner.Contribute to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship, internally and externally, including network practices.Protect and maintain confidentiality of donor and client private information.
