My contribution to this position was assisting the head of portfolio management & marketing planning in organizational and technical tasks. In this role, I was responsible for communication between marketing, sales and consulting departments on the executive level. In addition, I had the opportunity to participate in a consulting project in the area of the industrial internet of things. My tasks predominantly focused on the following:- Support in the development of a strategic repositioning of the cyber security division- Contribution to a project to standardize sales pitch decks for the departments Cloud Transformation, Industrial Internet of Things, and Digital Transformation- Organization of a cross-functional workshop about the design and execution of smart factories- Continuous improvement of internal business processes and digitization of corporate documents

As one of the best out of my year, I had the opportunity to personally assist the professor in the fields of accounting, controlling, and corporate finance. In this role, I was responsible for the revision of lecture notes and the research and preparation of data in regard of innovative developments in the respective field of study

Topic of Bachelor thesis: Risk Assessment of Customer Receivables Using the Example of Viessmann Climate Solutions SE (Grade: 1.2 or 93%)The result of the thesis is the development of an internal rating system for the quantified and comparable credit assessment of Viessmann Climate Solutions SE's private and corporate customers. This system can be seamlessly integrated into the existing accounts receivable management processes and is expected to be implemented in 2021.

Active Participation in a Project to Optimize Process Quality in Service Germany (Technical Service), including:- Preparation and follow-up of workshops with responsible stakeholders- Creation and execution of a task structure analysis to capture the activities of technicians in technical service- Big data analysis of the task structure using Microsoft Power BI and Google Sheets- Identification of "time wasters" (Pareto principle) in the daily work of technicians- Documentation of current processes in work operations- Identification of optimization potentials to increase efficiency and eliminate waste in technical service- Modeling of target processes for sustainable assurance and improvement of process quality
