As a working student for conflict management and communication I work on a broad variety of different tasks, many of which were similar to the ones undertaken during my internship.Additionall focus was given to international tasks. For instance, the organization of an international online conference for mediators interested in cross-border conflict management. The conference was the final part of the EU-funded project InMEDIATE. My task included:- management of conference registrations (400+ registrations)- contact to and management of participants- contact to speakers/trainers- preparatory tasks for the workshops- support during the stream- analysis of conference gains and feedback- follow-up contact to participants regarding certificates and materials

As an intern for conflict management and communication I was given a variety of different tasks, including:- contact to and management of previous course participants- organization of networking and training events- research of and contact fasciliation with possible clients- participation in and documentation of mediation cases- energy industry fair visitsHowever, my primary working field was the management of citizen participation processes as part of infrastructure developments. This included:- Stakeholder analyses- contact to stakeholders- preparation of on-site events, such as information meetings and presentations

Project management intern (30h/week) for the project "Queer at Work" carried out by then LSVD Sachsen e.V., focusing on increasing sensitivity and awareness regarding LGBTQIA+ issues and discrimination at work.My main tasks included: - reaching out to companies all over Saxony- upholding contact to both firms as well as other organisations - plan and conduct workshops and presentations - contribute to the overall strategic direction of the project - support the implementation of a new social media strategy - attending conventions and seminars to discuss relevant issues and concepts.
