Completed my Bachelor’s thesis in cooperation with Schwarz IT KG on the topic “Optimization of a CRM with MS Dynamics in the Context of Modern Workplace”.

▪ Setup and administration of customer-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, including the modules Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, as well as Finance and Operations▪ Management and assignment of user roles and permissions within the Microsoft Dynamics Admin platform to ensure data security and system integrity▪ Development and management of information, communication, and service workflows, including the integration of tools such as Microsoft Teams, Planner, Surveys, and other collaborative applications within the Microsoft 365 Suite▪ Setup and management of the first Microsoft Dynamics system with Copilot functionality within the Schwarz Group▪ Development and operation of complete CRM systems in Microsoft Dynamics, including coordination and customization to meet specific customer requirements, as well as customer training and support▪ Utilization and implementation of the Microsoft Power Platform to automate business processes and integrate CRM data▪ Analysis and optimization of CRM systems as part of the bachelor’s thesis, focusing on increasing efficiency, adapting to business requirements, and ensuring future readiness▪ Setup and management of Jira and Confluence pages to support projects and document processes▪ Monitoring of the CRM system for the Kaufland Card to ensure system stability and performance▪ Creation and management of Azure KQL queries for data analysis and evaluation in the cloud environment▪ Involvement in sales, including client visits, customer support, consulting, presentation preparation, and handling of sales processes

As a BC for Customer Relationship Management systems I mainly focused on projects in the area of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power-Platform & Azure.
