Back in 2019 we run a Design Sprint with a team of a Pharmacy and evaluate the pain points that swallowing the most time. One of the main pain points is the courier service. We then created a prototype that helps pharmacies to speed up the whole process.Now we got a running SaaS which helps to dispatching, autooptimize routes and summarizes every delivery for the courier driver in a simple and clean Android / IOS App to let start the daily work. My primary work is to keep the developer and creative teams in line and help them with new inputs to built the perfect product.
