I drive the commercialization of an AR based video communication tool to facilitate the exchange with remote experts. The live video feed is enriched with an AR-layer, which enables visual guidance with virtual cues - when the smartphone is moved, the cues remain stationary to the marked object.

As commercial manager for Telekom HotSpots, I worked on the evolvement of the business model; creating a product focused on the needs of business customers. The product offers free Wifi-access for consumer, which is paid by companies who have the possibility to place their branding and other marketing content on the Wifi-login screen. This new proposition enabled a shift from a solely consumer oriented product. I worked mainly on the marketing of the product: From customer presentation, sales enabling to customer success management. In regular exchange with the product development, I worked on the definition of new features and the integration of user feedback. To offer premium content within the Wifi network, I launched the partner product sharemagazines and worked on the legal and commercial agreements.

I started my first position as junior product owner of a messaging app in the Product & Innovation department. In cooperation with mobile operations DT developed a messaging service to extend the capabilities of SMS with rich sharing capabilities and additional call capabilities. I worked within an international team on the agile development of the Android application. Besides requirement definition and extensive testing, a big part consisted of user research. Prototyping tools enabled me to quickly create complex user interface, to test new features and user flows. To gather feedback, I organized user workshops in which those prototypes allowed to identify the true customer needs based on the Design Thinking methods. The results enabled the definition of validated new requirements, which could then be part of the next sprint and published in the live product.
