Since more than 7 years I have had the opportunity to work on some exciting Projects in multiple countries in the function of real estate construction manager. Working as a management consultant with the investment and asset/portfolio management team to formulate and review capital budgets and other construction related due diligences on potential acquisitions. As well as oversight of renovation and ground-up development projects executed by third parties. As an Architect and Real Estate advisor based in Germany and currently working on projects in Spain, Germany, Poland and the UK, I am specialised in offering advice and solutions in the real-estate sector.Property types include office, residential, student housing, retail, later living, logistics and more, and the scope of projects range from modest cosmetic upgrades to major redevelopment and change of use. This higher quality was successfully incorporated into business plan and the project was delivered on time and within budget.Las Arcadias El Encinar: 154 apartment Senior Living Project in Madrid (www.elencinar.lasarcadias.com)In a difficult budget and quality environment this project was successfully delivered within the final commercial requirements. Hands-on day to day supervision guaranteed final positive outcome. Effective communication with business partners and consultants ensured constant overview and final financial feasibility and duration optimation.
