This higher quality was successfully incorporated into business plan and the project was delivered on time and within budget.Las Arcadias El Encinar: 154 apartment Senior Living Project in Madrid (www.elencinar.lasarcadias.com)In a difficult budget and quality environment this project was successfully delivered within the final commercial requirements. Hands-on day to day supervision guaranteed final positive outcome. Effective communication with business partners and consultants ensured constant overview and final financial feasibility and duration optimation.
