My main task while working at the Horbacher Mühle was to independently organize the warehouse, pick products, and prepare orders for shipment. I learned the importance of a structured approach to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Handling a variety of products and orders helped me enhance my skills in inventory management and time management.

My time at Kasserolle in Siegburg, taught me a couple of valuable skills. I learned to work effectively in a team, to be flexible, and to maintain a high quality standard under pressure. Serving food and drinks during events required quick thinking and action to meet the guests' needs. Simultaneously clearing tables and preparing the event space demanded organizational talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I learned the importance of catering to guests' needs and providing excellent customer service. Each experience was an opportunity to enhance my communication skills and ensure our guests had a positive experience.

During my time at Eiscafé Eiszeit in Kaldauen, my focus was on providing excellent service to our guests. I took care of their requests, portioned and presented the ice cream, and handled the billing. Additionally, I assisted with cleaning tasks. This experience strengthened my customer service and sales skills, providing valuable insights into the operations of a hospitality business.
