Part of the team building a logistics venture for a global fast food chain in Moscow. Co-created the financial model, feasibility study, and go-to-market strategy.

Focused on lead generation, pre-sales and SalesOps for SF-based test IO, a leading provider of enterprise testing solutions. Built a semi-automated sales analytics tool for forecasting and process optimization.In 2020, test IO was successfully acquired by EPAM systems, a global software development and consulting company.

Co-created the financial analysis for the sale of two tech / growth companies + large take-over of a German Mittelstand player in the industrials sector. Learned about corporate financial structuring and valuation methods.
