Parallel to my studies abroad, I still supervise my initial projects at Wunderflats. Currently, I am focusing on advising the team on technical issues and continuously introducing changes into the team-internal software ecosystem.

As part of my bachelor thesis, I continue on the previous experience from my internship and deepen my research in the area of process optimization through the implementation of IT. In practice, this has been achieved through a solution approach in the field of remote management of housing units. However, the absolute highlight was pitching this vision in various meetings with an in- and external audience.

In the context of these intense five months, I had the chance to influence and form an entirely new business unit within Wunderflats. As a System Engineer with a focus on web operations and cloud services, I have been able to gain experience, in the area of customer support, while supporting the service desk. Further also in the processing of vulnerability reports and the subsequent preparation of patch management, I took a closer look at the relevance of IT security based on practical cases. My time at *um, I completed, with the conception of a monitoring tool for observing incidents.

I gained my first experience in dealing with B2B and B2C customers within the scope of this sales-oriented task. So I was able to advise potential customers as an expert at trade fairs and events.
