As a humanist and economist, I am a rather unusual guy in applied science, water management, digitalization, climate resilience and the built environment. My special role and the perspective associated with it is a privilege. My great interest in improving communication processes and business structures combined with my leadership and communication skills are an ideal complement in a scientific and design environment. In my work for renowned international architectural and engineering firms, I have been working at the interface between marketing, PR and business development. Here I have gained manifold experiences in: - Preparing market analyses, - planning, implementing and monitoring marketing and communication strategies, - writing articles for specialist publications (no matter how technical), - creating content for digital communication channels as well as - supporting and optimising the project acquisition process. I am also very engaged in office culture, focusing on internal communication - with inclusion and diversity being my special topic. I initiated a debating culture in my office, dealing with gender and generational issues as well as intercultural cooperation and communication.
