Oversee recruitment efforts of new market build outs for Partners in Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc. Scope of work includes; developing a recruitment playbook necessary in launching a successful recruitment campaign for future build outs, during the project collaborate with business areas to ensure recruitment timelines are on target for center grand openings based on staffing plans, partnership with marketing to build and identify opportunities on social media, print, television and radio, assist in determining number of recruitment resources (recruiters or RPO) for project, partner with both Physician Recruiting and Operational Recruiting team to help educate and inform all recruiters on the project of updates to ensure milestones are met for the buildout, communication with stakeholders for potential gaps and critical windows approaching or impacting the recruitment timeline.
