CurrentAs the Head of Key Accounts at ICEpower A/S, I am responsible for leading and driving the strategic growth of our key account segment, managing a team of Key Account Managers and Product Owners, and maintaining long-term relationships with our global key account clients. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, my role involves taking full accountability for the development and success of our key accounts while working closely with other department heads.Key responsibilities include:• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize value for our key accounts.• People Management: Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and Product Managers / Owners fostering a customer-focused, solution-oriented culture.• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services and driving repeat business.• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while ensuring the successful delivery of ongoing projects in collaboration with the R&D and Operations teams.• Budget Management: Oversee the Key Account budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets.• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction, always striving for operational excellence.• Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and proactively address client needs.Key achievements to date:• Spearheaded new business development initiatives that secured a 25% year-over-year growth for the last five years. • Developed and launched successful new product/service offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
