I have extensive knowledge and experience of education, learning and development, e-learning and ICT. Whilst I am a highly organised person I like to apply a flexible and creative approach to my work. I am a great believer in delivering projects on time and I like to find solutions that mean this can happen, no matter what the issues that arise. I have the ability to quickly understand new concepts and I enjoy the challenge of learning new software and systems. I have designed and developed numerous e-learning courses for a wide range of customers, working with subject matter experts in order to create successful and focused training such as the Graphics Made Easy course which was rolled out multi-nationally, an Anti-bribery and corruption course and a business environmental ethics course. As a product manager I have supported various business in their overall development and success, this also involved the management of overall delivery of several key projects including establishing administrative process such as invoicing, the development of training records and ensuring legal compliance. During my training and in business I have had the opportunity to develop and demonstrate my ability to work effectively with colleagues and peers from all levels. I have lead teams and spearheaded business projects to great effect by being a conscientious and flexible employee.I have also worked in a number of primary schools as part of my degree and as a parent helper gaining experience in different teaching environments. This includes two challenging schools with high levels of social deprivation and varied special educational needs. In addition, I have gained significant experience of pupils with English as an Additional Language.
