I have managed and led the transition into a feature rich access control solution that integrates multiple systems into one. I have planned and executed an AI based security management solution that has resulted in an increase in community safety. Leader - I have substantial experience in leading diverse teams and enabling them to bring their best selves. I have led 40+ lecturers and coordinators, led a faculty and worked with national stakeholders and lead an HOA Board of directors and the Group Services Board of Directors.Elevator - I have a strong interest in efforts that elevate and uplift. In the first 3 months as Board Chairperson for an HOA, security systems were improved to introduce efficiencies through AI and Automation.
