• Management of the maintenance and engineering strategies and its effective implementation • Responsible for the implementation of production processes and standardised procedures • Manage & report monthly group reporting for the KPI’s; plant availability, MTTR, MTBF and Resetting • Lead departmental team members in allocating daily tasks, projects, and operational requirements• Introduce improvement plans for machine resetting, reducing resetting time and start-up scrap• Conduct cycle-time analysis and introduce improvement activities based on lean manufacturing• Identify CAPEX & savings projects in the annual budget process and implement as scheduled• Managing the maintenance budget, ensuring availability of critical spares & maintenance activities• Technical drawings for products, parts for equipment and moulds and factory / equipment layouts
