Temporary assignment in the USA, fulfilling a senior manager role in the Technology Services division, reporting to Managing Director.Responsibilities:• Professional Services o Provide professional services in area of technology to clients o Focus on Cloud/User Experience/Integration work o Ensure deep skills in multiple technology areas in order to deliver high quality technical work as required on implementation projects• Strategic o Strategic planning for LOB, including, but not limited to, the planning of additional service offerings to enable the expansion of services offered to existing clients, the preparation of enablers, the harvesting and creation of IP, e.g. methodologies that are required to ensure quality services to clients as well as provide competitive advantage during the sales cycle. o Continued superb SAP product and solution knowledge of the LOB specific domain, as well as an ability to study and collect the necessary information on subject areas in SAP that are needed at clients and that may not be the main area of expertise.• Clients o Support the Sales Organization in the pre-sales process including provision of consulting input to complex solution proposals, constructing sales proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing project plans, statements of work, pricing proposals and presentations o Ensure effective Engagement management on client accounts o Generate additional Revenue from existing accounts• People Development o Employee development: delegation and coaching of employees to support the growth of the LOB and the achievement of profit margin targets. o Recruit and appoint highly talented staff to support the LOB. o Manage and ensure execution of performance appraisals and career assessments• Preparation and Management of o budgets o employee utilization• HR administrative activities, e.g. performance appraisals etc
