Leads Cocoa360; a non-profit organization in Education, Agriculture, and Health with a mission of developing and sustaining robust health and education systems for cocoa-growing communities in rural Ghana. Responsible for executing on that vision by overseeing the management team and ensuring high-quality program implementation and performance. Moreover ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization, and establishing systems that promote strong professional and institutional growth. Regularly represents Cocoa360 with a variety of external stakeholders, including funders, partners, and government actors. Also responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for growth, and working with the Executive and Management Teams to pursue new opportunities to expand the organization’s impact, in alignment with our strategic plan. Most importantly leading the organization in pioneering a new model of development that leverages existing community resources to improve access to education and healthcare for Ghana's over 1.6 million cocoa farmers, without a long-term reliance on foreign aid.

Makes operational decisions and manages the various components of projects dealing with M&E data collection, verification, and reporting;Oversees data collection, analysis and reporting on performance indicators to project team members and project counterparts;Develops Project Management Plan, setting out specific quantifiable performance indicators and targets for overall objectives and activities Establishing monitoring systems to measure project progress;Contributes to writing of quarterly technical and financial reports; andIn coordination with other iWatch Africa Directors implements feedback, and assessments from evaluation partners to inform changes in program approaches and scale-up.
