- Develops and implements strategies that will ensure that KSUMC organization has the required skills to meet current and future workforce operational requirements.- Reviews overall procedures for the implementation of compensations, benefits and remuneration initiatives across KSUMC, including evaluation of the organization needs, structure to support and accomplish KSUMC organization business goals and objectives.- Formulates manpower plans for effective business process and utilization of existing workforce capacity, setting planning for organization development, establishing structures and authorizing manpower information system.- Develops and improves work methods and procedures for the department.- Leads the departmental quality improvement initiatives and continuously applies quality improvement tools and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.- Oversees the development, revision and enhancement of statistical summaries reports.

- Conduct and prepare statistical reports and research projects.- Liaise with team to analyze the impact of applying formulae in workforce planning.- Facilitate manpower plans throughout KSU-MC.- Review and assist in designing and implementing programs that will enable the organization to achieve HR objectives; and monitoring and evaluating these programs.- Coordinate with departments and projects at the planning stage to ensure the overall goals and missions of are adhered in reflecting operational requirements.- Provide support for manpower requests through expansions and commissioning to ensure proper utilization of titles and scope of positions.- Implement manpower actions such as re-titling, splitting, reclassification, trade-off, creation of new - positions and changing benefits groups.- Implement the approved restructuring of Divisions/Departments according to the established regulations.- Use HR systems to maintain the organization’s database; this includes creating new organizational units or positions, making changes to job titles or job codes and upgrade/downgrade positions or recruitment classification.- Review, compare, evaluate and reconcile manpower status reports against budget authorization and prepare discrepancy reports.

- Coordinating the functions of HR System (HRS) to ensure that the database system is running efficiently.- Provide assessment reports relative to any assigned task, preparing, checking and controlling all the aspects of establishment change forms (ECF) and updating the HRIS.- Generate and check monthly HRIS reports.- Coordinate the general administration functions in the section Employee Value Proposition and recruiting branding activities.
