Since 2011 I was focused on my personal and family priorities, raised 4 kids and was deeply involved in psychological aspects of parenting. I finished Parenting Courses after Svetlana Royz, took part in seminars after Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, studied Life Coaching at Kiev Coaching School. Since 2020 I was concerned with the way our apartment building was managed by the property management company and prepared and initiated the founding meeting of the co-owners of the property in our apartment building (more then 450 flats). Meanwhile I studied all legislation and by-laws documents regarding property management, hold primary negotiations with municipal and private utility companies, was involved in estimating the cost of main immediate repair works in plumbing, prepared documents for taking part in municipal and government grant programs for co-owners associations.

As an HR Director I was responsible for the whole spectr of HR policies and procedures implementation in the day-to-day operational work of production, sales and back-office structures. Focus on fulfilment and improvement of HR metrics aligned with company’s strategy and business goals

During this period of time the company was prepared to be sold at the best market price. The whole top-managers' team was aimed to significantly increase employees’ efficiency. At the same time we worked align with trade unions and solved all questions arised peacefully with mutual benefits.
