* A professional authority and representative, meeting with global VIPs, who come forofficial visits or work in Israel, at the invitation of the Prime Minister, the President of theState, the Speaker of the Knesset and ministers. * Accompanying presidents, prime ministers, parliamentarians, ministers and theirentourage, operating, monitoring and ensuring high standard performance of the visit in allits aspects.* Planning, organizing, managing and producing all visits, including: conducting policymeetings, organizing security, accommodation, meals, tours, activities, conferences andofficial ceremonies.* Ongoing contact with government officials, the Prime Minister's office, the President, theSpeaker of the Knesset, ministers, foreign embassies in Israel, receiving dates andrequirements, constructing and adapting the visit schedule to the guests.* Coordinating with the ISA, the Israel Police, the authorities at Ben-Gurion Airport,government offices and foreign embassies in Israel.* Working in a dynamic environment, performing and synchronizing multiple taskssimultaneously, real time decisions making, conducting negotiations and coping withunexpected changes.

* Locating, sorting and accompanying close to 100 foreign candidates for a scholarship forhigher studies and enrichment: MA, post-doctoral, doctoral, research and Hebrewlanguage studies for one year in Israel at the expense of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.* Taking part in recruiting Israeli candidates for scholarships abroad at the Israeli foreignembassies.* Managing and dividing the budget of the foreign students' scholarship project, conductingnegotiations, writing and signing contracts.* Organizing tours during the students' stay in Israel, fun days, lectures, team building days,etc.* Ongoing work with foreign embassies in Israel, Israeli embassies around the world,managers at the Foreign Ministry, Israeli universities, suppliers and more.
