My current role is working directly under the SENDCO.1) I create 1:1 bespoke sessions for students on the SEND register who are referred to me. These sessions have programs completely tailored to the social and emotional goals of the young person. Each student has a 'success book' where they record achievements of the session or their day to build a record of accomplishments. Sessions I have run have included:-Identifying, understanding and materialising emotions-Emotional regulation strategies -Understanding their conditions better biologically and what this means for them (Autism, ADHD, PDA etc) -The importantance of self confidence and how to build it-Following an area of special interest in order to encourage attendance2) I also support students with EHCPs, Person Centred Plans or additional needs in the classroom. Advocating for, and facilitating, what they need to access the curriculum.3) I am a key worker for 14 students currently, accross KS3/4. This means I meet with them every 3 weeks (or more if needed) to ensure their support plans are being met and arranging any additional support required. 4) I strive to get involved in the wider school. So I arrange and write the SEND bulletin fortnightly to inform colleagues and SEND parents of what the SEND department is up to. I see my greatest duty as removing barriers young people face so they can achieve what they want to.

In this role I work with a great team to teach and support students with autism, ADHD and other learning needs 1:1 and in small groups at secondary ability. My core duties include: Being the Lead Support for 2 students (being their main touch point, progressing and updating their IEP's, writing academic and behaviour reports, communicating with home etc), Teaching lessons set by teachers, or creating lesson plans myself, in a differentiated way to suit each student 1:1, marking and updating progress and achievement.However, I go beyond my duties to use my particular knowledge/experience/skills to further YPs experiences and well-being and add to the school community, such as, proactively making displays, attending and communicating an Autism in Employment conference on the school's behalf, being responsible for the wellbeing room and sitting on the staff Wellbeing Committee. I aim to deliver empathic, respectful, holistic support for students to access the school's fantastic personalised curriculum; as well as helping students to develop into compassionate, curious, courageous individuals in the way they need to thrive.I strive to leave an impact every day in every way I interact with my students, supporting them to participate in the community and grow into their independence, passions and potential.

My promotional move to H&P has made me face many challenges. In my dynamic role as a senior analyst, I have responsibilities in all facets of the research process from proposals and material preparation to moderation, analysis and debriefing. I would describe my greatest responsibility as delivering clear, tailored, actionable insight to my clients to inform the change they need- and this means synthesising robust data into something aligned and digestible. -My key skill for this role is the ability to take complex information & insight making it manageable for clients’ needs and communication styles. This could take the form of interactive reports, PowerPoint presentations or client workshops.-Keen team player, always looking to improve our working experience and internal goals, raising a hand to support the team in any way I can- especially the analysts my junior.-One part of the role I have excelled in is proposal writing- this means I understand the kinds of language, structure and approach needed in research proposals.-Another important part of the role is keeping to, and up to date with, strict regulatory compliance that comes with working in the pharmaceutical and medical space.

My role as Analyst at Flamingo was to contribute to all stages of a project, ensuring they ran smoothly. It was my responsibility to add value to analysis and delivery of practical, strategic insight to help create tangible difference for clients in brand positioning, product development, comms testing, concept testing and explorative/foundational work.. I have worked on briefs for Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Newell, Sky, Public Health England, and the Office for Health)- I have made a real impact at Flamingo, being cited as a valuable and trusted teammate that can be relied upon to independently go beyond expectation.-Experience planning and running a variety of methodologies (in-depth interviews, expert interviews, online communities, focus groups and co-creation sessions)-Breath of experience across the project cycle such as general project management, writing discussion guides, moderating live client facing fieldwork including online communities and interviews, all stages of analysis, strategic insights and recommendations, and large stakeholder debriefs-I am always looking to innovate and improve the methodologies we use to make them work better for us and our clients- namely innovating how we run digital ethnographies to unlock better insight and be more efficient and proactive.

This is a role I worked seasonally, as and when I'm needed since 2017.My duties include: creating and editing schedules, taking and managing bookings over email and the phone, upkeeping client relationships, client data entering and management, ensuring up to date regulation compliance, general admin and paper work, stock upkeep and the day-to-day running of the cattery.My role is to do anything and everything that needs doing to help the business run smoothly.

In this role I had to work as part of a team to prepare the University Student Union buildings for the start of the working day, as well as reset the on campus club from the night before. My responsibilities included: making sure the buildings (such as restaurants, offices and shops) were clean and tidy quickly and efficiently, assisting other colleagues and following strict health and safety with chemicals and equipment.

In this role I was part of close-knit team that ran the local community co-op in the country village of Long Melford. My duties included supporting any needs shoppers had to make their experience as pleasurable as possible, manning the till, general upkeep of the shop, re-stocking, ADHOC and auditingBeing able to provide a smile and help them get their essentials as easily as possible, even if I had to be patient at times, gave me a large sense of community and doing my part to help vulnerable citizens.
