Selected for this role following an organization-wide downsizing, reporting to the Vice President of Armored Operations. Full management accountability for planning, coordinating, and monitoring of safety programs for fleet vehicles, employees, and all operations at 17 Midwest locations. Oversaw the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to achieve goals for prevention and reduction of accidents/injuries while supporting best practices regionwide. Conducted safety audits, assessments, and risk analysis/management initiatives to evaluate occupational loss exposures; implemented corrective actions and strategies for prevention/avoidance of loss-related risks. Led safety meetings remotely and in person and provided hands-on training and development to branch managers in security protocols, safety audits/inspections, OSHA regulations, and other vital practices.

Spearhead the operation and maintenance of a fleet of more than 4000 vehicles housed in 200 locations nationwide. Develop and implement aggressive programs, strategies, reports, tools, training courses, standards, audits and process improvements to control costs, risk and losses.
