Folks ) It started by each of us bring our own picnic basket, family, lawn chairs or blankets etc. Sharing love for one another. It starts with a Dayton,Ohio connection & the family's came from all direction to meet in Atlanta. A picnic that celebrates life, love, & the oneness that comes when people share a common bond. I lived in California in the 80's recognizing the fact that where I was living in LA,California was a large amount of people from my hometown of Dayton,Ohio. Realizing that I started a yearly picnic to bring old friends & family's together from Dayton. Later after leaving LA,California I moved to Atlanta and introduced the idea to several friends such as Mr.&Mrs.Melvin Brice,Mr.& Mrs.Timothy Moore,Mr.& Mrs.Ronnie Patterson,Ms.Dianne Coggins,Mr. Les Broadway,Mrs.Virginia Turner & Mr.& Mrs. North (2unes)Woodall.
