In addition, I proactively investigated safety and training concerns among drivers and CDL holders, identifying root causes and implementing targeted solutions to enhance our safety culture. As the primary contact for safety and training information, I kept detailed records on trainees, licensing, drug and alcohol compliance, and safety trends, ensuring our team was equipped to make informed strategic decisions. In collaboration with the Regional Safety Manager, I also streamlined our claims processes, coordinating closely with vehicle and liability insurance carriers to enhance the efficiency of claims management.
