Responsible for managing and solving issues with Sales Agents and International laboratories related to the initial materials for Theatrical and Home Entertainment departments. In charge of management and supervision of all audiovisual materials processesthat involved dubbing studios, post-production labs and replicators for all the business units. Responsible of all the activities connected to the delivery of feature film and trailer to cinema owners, to duplicators for the direct-to-video and kiosk releases, to national broadcasters and digital platforms for all Tv and New Media releases.

Scouting, screening and selection of Theatrical, Tv and Direct-to-Video products for the Italian audiovisual market (participation at the Marché du Film and Festival de Cannes). Product Manager and Supervisor of the Business Plan for company’s Home Video library and new releases of about 600 titles. Responsible for any business relationship with the producers from ordering the initial materials to the approval of any graphic material. In charge of management and supervision of any audiovisual materials processing for delivery. Collaboration with the Dubbing Studios and with all the Post Production Labs (subtitling and authoring) and Replicators. Supervisor of any Company’s promotional and marketing campaign. Daily collaboration with the external Press Office and with the Graphic Studio for the publication of all the company’s press releases. Responsible for updating Company’s website and for interacting with S.I.A.E. for catalogue reorders and new releases. In charge of all the activities related to the delivery of materials to any broadcasters (among them RAI, SKY, MEDIASET, AXN, LA7 and RSI) and to the main distribution companies for the exploitation of Home Video, Kiosk and Digital Media rights. Responsible for handling the Company’s Digital Library and for the Digital video sales to all new platforms (including iTunes, Google Play, Xbox, CuboVision, ChiliTv, Sony Playstation & Sony Bravia).
