Managing multiple projects in the HPT Sector (health products and technologies) across 16 County Governments from inception to closure. The main HPTs are In-vitro Diagnostics ,pharmaceuticals, dialysis equipment and ICU equipment.• Cross-functional team management involving co-coordination of all the departments within the organization; the field application specialists; the biomedical engineers and the commercial team to ensure customer needs are met in a coordinated manner.• Bid Life Cycle Management from initial opportunity identification by monitoring public and private tender portals to proposal submission.• Strategic Sourcing by developing a channel of supply for products with the best supplier at the lowest cost.• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, national and county governments in the health sector.• Logistics planning and coordinating the last mile distribution of procured health products and technologies to health facilities.

Implemented strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management to ensure seamless flow of products from manufacturer to the end-user.• Coordinated the shipment of items ordered, working closely with the forwarding & clearing agents for timely clearing of the goods items from the customs.• Strategic Sourcing and price negotiating of health products with suppliers both local and international.• Responding to tenders, RFQs, EOI and follow-up on the contract award.

Successfully coordinated implementation of 2 irrigation projects as the contractor for Ministry of Water and Irrigation in Kenya till closure. The projects are Karia Irrigation Project (KFW) in Kirinyaga County and Shulakino Irrigation Project (JICA) in Narok County.
