• Supports Clients with benefits system technical issues• Manage Tier II tickets as escalated by Client or Tier I associates• Create processing guides for jobs that are sent to offshore teams• Manage and support offshore team• Analyze and provide root cause analysis of client escalations• Resolve issue after root cause analysis• Analyze weekly outgoing and incoming electronic file feeds to and from outside entities• Work with benefit carriers and payroll department to ensure on time data delivery• Provide and update knowledge base documentation to tier I to increase first call resolution rate• Train and support the offshore team with ongoing processes• Maintain processing logs to analyze trends, ensure processes are accurate and completed in a timely manner• Create / update SQL queries for Oracle Infomaker to ensure data integrity• Create and administer test plans for system functionality and EDI files

• Setup employee database and super user roles. Support and train existing clients.• Implement and support ongoing Electronic Data Interface file feeds to and from the carriers and clients. • Develop Electronic Data Interface files including HIPAA ANSI 834 transaction set, Payroll, COBRA and custom reports• Utilize Filezilla and internal file delivery system to connect with external ftp / sftp systems• Manage the overall implementation of the Benefits enrollment system.• Support the client with any technical issues during and after Go Live.• Analyze client requirements to configure software for large scale online benefits enrollments.• Data analysis of incoming census information and outgoing eligibility files to carriers. (Internal tools, Excel, Access, CSV files, TXT, XML)• Integrate with client’s payroll or HRIS system. (Peoplesoft, ADP, Kronos, Ultipro)• Create test plan, test case, and test data.• Create, test and finalize all electronic eligibility files following carrier guidelines for testing, delivery and ongoing schedule of production files.• Create customized plugins for client billing and reporting needs.

• Provide first level technical support to MS Office applications & Medical Applications over the phone and email. • Provide urgent assistance to physicians• Document and log hardware/ software issues using HEAT• Maintain high degree of client service in critical situations• Provides first call resolution when possible• Manage user security roles / access via Active Directory• Support an enterprise with Windows XP users with their technical issues• Utilize Remote Admin / GoTo Assyst tools to remote in to user’s system when necessary• Dispatch On- Call technicians for emergency situations
