At Flydubai I landed my first job on a jet and I also continued to learn on a daily basis. Besides flying in an extensive and challenging network there were several extra responsibilities trusted in me.Together with my team and I would be responsible for an optimised customer experience and at all time have the companies policies and interests at heart. Furthermore I was also expected to have a lot of flexibility in terms of delays and roster changes. While on the other hand there was, rightfully so, no wiggle room when it came to standard operating procedures. This combination of work ethics has made me a very complete pilot in a short period of time. With long and short haul operation during the day as well as at night I have a good ideas of what is expected of an airline pilot.
