Hello! I am a design researcher based in The Hague. By studying interspecies relations and modern material cultures, I seek to reflect on the interplay of ecology, culture, and industry. Central to my work is the inquiry into how the perception and conception of ‘nature’ shape the relationship between humans and their environments.My aim is to utilise design to foster response-ability regarding complex and paralysing topics, where modern individuals and institutions are left in a state of denial about their complicity in climate breakdown. As a designer, I strive to collaborate across the imposed boundaries of disciplines and species, sharing a multitude of voices, ranging from philosophers to farmers, and from scientists to nonhumans.
