Working with EQ8 Workplace Mediation and Gleamed Mediation service I help people to move on positively through workplace mediation, conflict coaching and other conflict resolution services. Mediation is a process that can be used in the workplace to help colleagues resolve conflict between them. It is empowering as participants themselves find ways forward and devise solutions, meaning that they are more likely to stick to agreements than if these are imposed upon them. Mediation can take place quickly and can save employers time, money and stress. Along with EQ8 Workplace Mediation I provide bespoke training on conflict resolution for Managers, and a Conflict Audit service.I offer Community Mediation which can be useful when neighbours are in conflict and want to work out their differences, and ways in which they can continue to live near to each other. I have worked with CALM Mediation providing this service for a number of years. In addition, I offer community conflict coaching for individuals who are in conflict with a neighbour and want support to find practical ways forward.I am also a Confidence Coach, supporting people to develop their confidence. Often we live our lives wanting things but not feeling that we have the right to them, or that they are within our grasp. Confidence coaching helps you to feel better about yourself, to know that you can reach for your dreams and supports you to find practical ways to do this in order to live the life that you deserve..
