Researched and documented the requirements of Property and Casualty Insurance systems through a series of employment contract extensions. Reviewed data routing of the existing claims processing system, and authored the requirement and use case documents for the replacement system. Assessed the user set-up, log-on, and password designs of the Canadian-based systems, and documented each systems’ access in the new single-sign-on environment.
