H&H Products is a family company started by Len Hartley (my Dad) in 1964. Growing up, I had the pleasure of working in every aspect of the business during the summer. I learned through experience in the production, distribution, service and administrative areas, just what the beverage industry was all about. I always knew I wanted to be a part of the family business. Once I graduated from college with a Business Degree, my Dad told me to "go find a job somewhere else". I began my career at UARCO, a printing and forms company, in sales. It was a great time of learning how to help the many business types we served at UARCO. After interviewing for an opening at H&H Products, I was hired as Production Manager. I grew into the Plant Manager role and saw the business operations through a quadrupling of volume during a 7 year span. January 2001 brought the beginning the process of my Dad's semi-retirement and my continued training as the President of the company. Today, although my Dad does little in the day-to-day, I am fortunate to have him as a trusted adviser. In addition, Jimmy Hartley (my son) has now joined the company. He, like me, worked outside the company in key roles for 3 years, but now he has joined the H&H Team as Plant Manager. I am glad to say that the company is in good hands with the next generation.H&H has and always will rely on it's unequaled customer service (on time delivery and complete orders), quality products, and new product ideas to grow H&H Products into a premier beverage manufacturer. Focusing on the Food-service beverage products, we work with consumers and our distributor network, to help them maximize both their sales and profit growth.
