Today, I lead BSR’s Paris Office and EMEA Tech Sectors and High-Growth practices. Through my work at BSR. I have deep experience working across sectors in (all forms of) materiality, bespoke strategy development, stakeholder engagement (wrote the guide), sustainability reporting, sustainable packaging, and supply chain risk. I specialize in the sustainability challenges of earlier stage companies and lead BSR's Scale+ member category.Prior to joining BSR, I was a packaging developer with Coty US LLC, the world’s largest fragrance manufacturer. I led development for over 20 perfume and cosmetics brands, working strategically between internal marketing and sales teams and external material suppliers. I wrote tech specs, developed 3D models, and supervised tooling development, component runs, and line trials at factories all over the world. I'm also a certified packaging professional (CPP).These disparate worlds connect. I contributed to Coty's first ever response to the "Walmart Green Scorecard Initiative", precursor to The Sustainability Consortium - sparking my sustainability career. I have an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development and a Certificate in Social Business from HEC Paris School of Management, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Syracuse University.I speak fluent English and French.
