• Exercise good judgment in discussions with staff who fail to comply with company rules and policies.• Assures all safety and security issues are handled appropriately.• Oversees all essential requirements to keep the Fabrication area functioning properly.• Utilizes Lot Priority, line balance, and other inventory management systems as required.• Utilizes and maintains electronic product tracking and communication systems.• Communicates in a timely and thorough fashion with all customers and team members.• Assures compliance with all safety standards and participates in monitoring them.• Utilize computer aided manufacturing such as Factory works. • May perform other duties as assigned.• Aid in the training of new employees or lesser skilled employees.
