A member of the business unit leadership team and reporting to the General Manager of Fresh Produce, I am responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, including translating fresh category plans into strategic briefs, to achieve category growth targets and over $4b in annual sales. Working cross-functionally, including with stakeholders in the central marketing team, the ability to build effective working relationships is imperative in driving positive business outcomes. The role also demands excellent stakeholder management skills and the capacity to react and adapt to changing business requirements in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

The Coles Graduate Program is a two-year program in which graduates complete rotations across multiple functions. During my time on the Graduate Program, I worked in two diverse industries - Coles Financial Services and Coles Supermarkets.

Reporting to the Campaign Marketing Manager, the role is responsible for managing the adherence and localization of brand and retail campaigns across over 50 dealers nationally. The role also supports the broader Campaigns and Retail team in delivering national through-the-line campaigns to market, working with creative and media agencies and gaining internal senior manager sign-off.
