Mini Allies is a 12-week program broken into six unique concepts for players BETWEEN THE AGES OF 4-6. This is not your traditional service for younger children. Instead, the Mini Allies program is held in an environment of fun & instruction where the player will get excited about playing the game of soccer.The foundation of the program remains the same. Players will stay in soccer longer if they truly have a love for the game. At a young age, understanding the specifics of “why” is critical for both cognitive and physical development. The Mini Allies program will help players understand skill sets as they travel along a journey with their best friend, Ali. Players will learn how to defeat characters from their home planets associated with different concepts of dribbling.

• Supervise Tire Care Recruiters to ensure they are meeting projections and supporting Tire Care in hiring; Mechanics. Tire Care Technicians and Tire Care Managers• Recruit Managers / Assistant General Managers for Love’s Hospitality • Develop a candidate pipeline aligned with Divisional needs• Communicate with Divisional and District Managers on a daily basis to identify new and existing store talent needs for tire care management• Perform cold call and telephone recruiting• Track and measure daily and weekly recruiting activities and results• Schedule and coordinate management career fairs with the Field Recruiting Coordinator• Maintain all management pre-hire HR documentation• Generate, maintain, and track all reporting related to recruiting functions. Manage Key Performance Indicator reporting for assigned division.• Manage the development and administration of talent planning processes and tools. Coordinate with Divisional and District Managers to develop succession plans and identify development needs for new and existing high-potential field-managers• Identify, manage, and maintain active list of high-potential field managers through quarterly rating sessions and coordinate with operations personnel• Delivers presentations on recruitment training/instruction to managers and supervisors• Serve as a lead to special recruiting initiatives including tracking and monitoring the efforts are achieving appropriate ROI for both College and Military programs• Additional tasks and all other duties as assigned by Director
