Led a team of 10 Solution Designers on a key business transformation project. Day to day resource management, liaising with Business Stakeholders, external 3rd parties, internal Project Management, Analysis and Test leads. Assisted in planning activities and generally ensuring that design and development blockers were promptly removed.

• Senior Architect in charge of Sky project to sell Broadband and Telephony services in the Republic of Ireland.
• Led a team of 3 designers to deliver multi-million pound project on time across 150+ components.
• Key pivotal role within the project to liaise between business stakeholders, Business Analysis, Project Management and Development communities – significant Project Management skills involved.
• Responsible for feeding requirements and designs to 4 scrums in parallel across 10 successive 6 week sprints.
• Running stand-ups with Scrums to manage and resolve issues or blockers.
• Ultimate design responsibility for all aspects of the project: Sales, Provisioning, Billing, In-Life, Terminations, Data Warehouse & Reporting, Data Integrity and Inter-Systems Reconciliation and Correspondence.

- E2E Designer working on new multi-million pound 2 year BT Business Sales and Provisioning solution- Agile project- Delivered multiple designs across 18 months of consecutive 6 week sprints

- Data Integrity Technical Architect responsible for design and part implementation of complexing suite of Inter-Systems Reconciliation reports and production of process and toolsets to resolve identification of issues. Resulted in fixing 10k+ customer issues over 2 years and generated £10m+ in potentially lost revenue to BT.- Systems Design on BT Retail.
