Lead preconstruction efforts and leverage design and construction technologies to improve project delivery workflows . Collaborate with Forge project teams to support business development opportunities and tie the preconstruction and proposal phases to ensure fully responsive bid/proposal submissions. Add value through constructability reviews, value engineering exercises, and planning for project execution to create an environment for successful project delivery.

Utilized Virtual Design and Construction procedures in the coordination efforts of a broad range of construction projects. Researched and adopted technologies to improve department and project specific efficiencies.

Managed the BIM coordination process on over 15 BIM projects (1.5M sf) using various aspects of BIM including 3D clash/collision detection and coordination, 4D scheduling simulation, and 5D quantity take off. Also fulfilled different roles in the construction coordination process from 2nd and 3rd tier subcontractor (utilizing BIM in project coordination) to Project BIM Coordinator/Consultant.

Taught and assisted students in the modeling, coordination, and schedule simulation involved with Building Information Modeling.

Assisted in the demolition, fabrication, and installation of ductwork for dozens of remodeling projects on campus buildings at BYU.

Assisted the Accounting Department for two winters (Jan-Apr 2006 & 2007) in payroll, job costing, and other data entry responsibilities on over $20 million of labor and materials.
