CSC Investment Team - acquires distressed assets and non-performing loans from all banks and financial institutions across the nation. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Summit Investment Management, which has been in business for 16 years.3.) CSC Fund Team - invests in commercial real estate debt and equity structures in transactions ranging from $2 million to $35 million. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Concord Summit Fund One, which is planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2020. Concord-Summit Fund One is a private fund founded and managed by Summit Investment Management & Concord Wilshire Companies.

Responsible for all corporate operations for national private investment organization, working with clients throughout the United States in a variety of sectors including real estate, sports, business networking, digital enterprise, finance, hospitality, and land development. Current management projects include 400 homes in 30 states, 26-unit townhouse project, land entitlements and rezoning, rehabbing homes in Florida, developing resort hotel and Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, and finalizing 50-year lease of a private island in the Bahamas. • Trained and developed technology, acquisitions, and operations teams while working closely with in-house legal counsel and accounting, ensuring goals are met and exceeded at the organizational, departmental, and individual levels. • Guided previously disconnected departments toward a mutual organizational vision resulting in streamlined communications, improved collaboration, and enhanced work place culture. • Collaborated with CTO and CIO to implement internal technologies to track various stages of each property, time frames, responsibilities, and tasks resulting in 20%+ cost savings and 50% increase in efficiency. • Awards bonuses and/or ownership in projects annually since joining The Ingersoll Group.

Responsible for all leadership and investment aspects of real estate investment firm, focused on distressed opportunities throughout Florida. Involved in $50M+ in transactions. • Leveraged profits from other business endeavors to build Morton from scratch, investing in homesites, land, tax certificates/tax deeds, wholesaling, residential rehab, and residential/commercial non-performing 1st position mortgages. • Utilized profits from successful real estate investments to diversify and invest in other local, national, and international businesses. Investments include: o Gold and rough diamonds in Guyana and Columbia, South America for sale in the U.S.o Import and export of construction supplies and materials from Spain to Zambia, Africa.o Partnerships with local contractors to provide energy efficient upgrades to homes through Florida’s Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program. o Solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in Texas assisting in the reduction of energy use and costs. o Partnerships with residential realtors to generate listings and sales through out of the box thinking and home owner incentives.

Responsible for managing all leadership functions for land acquisition, rezoning/DRI, and development firms. • Awarded approvals for 1900-acre development consisting of a 55+ Active Adult Master Plan Community incorporating a town center, vineyard, and 3,000 residential mixed-use units, commercial and retail valued at approximately $1B in sales.

Formed partnership with one of Colombia, South America’s largest real estate developers focusing on all aspects of land and homesite development for investors and builders in Florida, Texas, Arkansas, and California with $5M+ in successful acquisitions.• Successfully managed firm determining what properties to invest in, buy, sell and rezone leading to the start of Florida Landings, LLC’s 1900-acre acquisition.
