As a Software Development Manager and Senior Architect, my initial primary task was to evaluate the existing application architecture (siloed monoliths) and lead a comprehensive redesign to achieve a scalable microservices-based, multitenant, and multi-geo PaaS offering. This redesign ensured compliance with HIPAA and respected data sovereignty laws across multiple Azure regions. I collaborated closely with product teams to translate requirements into actionable software development tasks, prioritizing them in the backlog according to the product roadmap and technological dependencies. I established CI/CD build and release practices across the engineering departments, deploying applications globally through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
