FarmaceuticalRX is an organic medical cannabis MSO, currently licensed & operational in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The founding executive team of FRX was comprised of a world-class team of SME's, meticulously recruited by the Board of Directors. During my tenure at the organization, I was fortunate to partner with these SME's and industry leaders to rapidly build the leading cannabis grower/processor/dispensary in Pennsylvania & Ohio.-- My experiences at FRX can be categorized into 3 epochs: pre-license, survival, and growth. During each of these phases, I had specific objectives and accomplishments detailed below.*Pre-license & Construction*The pre-license phase of a medical cannabis business is truly when the business is simply an idea, fueled by ambition. During this time, I worked alongside the Board of Directors & Founding Executiives to write, design, and organize several applications in various states. I also played a pivotal role in brand & marketing design, which included print, web, & social. *Survival*At this phase, post-licensure, I was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of the business undergoing organizational & financial challenges that coincide with a rapidly growing organization. I rapidly spearheaded and negotiated various pay-down schedules with vendors & lenders. Additionally, I laid the critical foundation for FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, department-specific KPIs & monthly reporting, production line design, business development, sales and marketing, finance, supply chain, inventory, technology, and operations. *Growth*During this time, I oversaw the entire organization. I coached and developed department heads and SME's who were hungry for improvement and direct, goal-oriented, & strategic communication. As a team, we established lofty corporate and department-specific goals, and prioritized the removal of limiting factors which resulted in improved revenue, cultural improvements, & surpassing EBITDA targets.

Inspiration.fit is an e-commerce apparel business that started with a questionable heat press and plotter that we purchased from Amazon after receiving dozens of sales on our product launch (thanks, Amazon Prime!). This side project grew from one workstation to a lean operation in a 9,000 sq ft warehouse, where we were packaging and shipping thousands of items per day.Our team outpaced the competition by creating viral marketing strategies and niche designs while maintaining a fluid operational dynamic. We listened to our customers, and the team was always eager to reinvent ourselves. After generating over $5M in revenue, we were able to successfully exit the business in early 2021.Inspiration.fit taught me the power of teamwork, community building, and healthy business growth. The skills, and indispensable experiences from this venture continues to profoundly impact my business methodologies.

Oversaw and managed the California region, including Cedars-Sinai, UC Davis Medical Center, and Stanford Healthcare. I worked closely with Physicians, Laboratory Managers, Siemen's technicians, and Outside Sales Representatives to implement thousands of biological, diagnostic test kits at strategic hospital networks throughout the West coast.

Worked with the Physics & Mathematics Department to provide lab setup & TA services for calculus-based Physics I, II, III and served as an Upward Bound's Statistics student teacher. During my last year at the university, I worked closely with the new nanotechnology department, focusing my undergraduate research on scanning electron microscopy.

Employed as summer temporary labor, adhered to OSHA standards while operating heavy machinery that manufactured and packaged various adhesives for large organizations like Proctor and Gamble.
