My responsibilities are as follows- Conduct both qualitative & quantitative research (Proposal writing, methodological framework, tools preparation, and analysis of both data). Supervision of survey [PSA-Pre-Situational Analysis, Baseline, Mid-line and End-line Survey]. Prepare monitoring and survey tools/ checklist/ guideline for data validation and data quality assessment. Conduct regular field visit to check the validity of reported data and ensure & assess the quality of data. Develop and maintain MIS system, and prepare monthly report. Prepare module and guidelines as per requirements.  Prepare field visit reports and share findings with management. Contribute to develop M&E tools, checklists, formats and actively take part in conducting survey/assessment for capturing gender results. Prepare Result Framework (RF) before Problem Tree Analysis (PTA), Objectives Tree Analysis (OsTA), Theory of Change (Assumption/Hypothesis, Risk management framework).  Conduct Result based Monitoring (RbM) and Outcome based Evaluation (ObE) after preparing Performance Indicator (s) as per Result Framework (RF).  Organize workshops, Knowledge Sharing Meeting, One to one Advocacy meeting.  Ensure continuous progress monitoring and constantly improvise in order to monitor and quality control functioning of the project implementation processes. Provide support in conceptual insights to statisticians for data analysis. Assist to write and/or review manuscripts for publication in peer reviewed journal and where possible collaborate with scientists and academics. Supervise the team, resolve issues arise in the field, help to get reimburse of field team. Recreate work plan for field visits. Vibrant program & project implementing practitioner.
