Yielded $20,000 savings thru sustaining programs, by using lower cost jets, lowering cost to manufacture spas with a combination of material cost savings, improved assembly methods which improved production output. Created Cal Spas curved corner with LED light. Designed Cal Flame portable electric grill and improved Outdoor BBQ island design by reducing material usage while maintaining maximum durability, cutting BBQ production build time by 30% meeting cost and schedule targets. Utilized extra storage building on property and converted to be an extra production line by creating all civil engineering and structural drawings to guide in building conversion. Implemented new engineering drawing standard layout, added engineering manufacturing parts log and created a purchase part numbers log.

Went over design briefs with group of designers, got to work sketching up concepts and would take sketches into graphic programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator. After the drawing would be approved and I would then transfer the drawing into 3D solidworks model and have it either printed from a rapid prototype machine or hand model it myself. From the finished model it would then go to a final design sign off to where it would be mass produced.
