Besides BI, I also help client with their Budget and Forecast solutions, where most commonly IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is chosen.We also helps a lot of SMV client and most often they choose Phocas Analytics, due to the speed of implementation and lower TCO. (…but also not as feature rich as the two other platforms)This platform contains both BI and Budgeting/Forecasting.Due to my many years of experience, I also do Digital Management Advisory. Here I help companies getting more competitive through digitalization. To support the identification of improvement areas I use the platform DataForBusiness, which is a structured way of interviewing the client and identifying the potential optimization areas.A third part of my job is also to assist in the Sales process, not only with the traditional presales role, where I do tailored product demo, but the full process from start to contract.
