I am an Agile Coach.From 2015-18 together with the Agile Coach team, I haw transfer Bankdata from running waterfall model. To working Agile. This has been one of Denmarks biggest agile transformation from what I haw gained extensive experience with all roles in the Agile setup. Including both the role of agile coach and the scrum master.Over a period of 1 year, I have taught and started 16 teams and I have acted as Scrum master for them the first few sprints. Meanwhile, I have taught, coached and guided the Scrum Masters and Product Owners who would take over the 16 teams.The last 3 year I have.- Run more than 20 Scrum and Kanban courses.-Imple Toyota Kata in 3 teams.- Developed a workshop and helped 5 teams to better cooperation using Behavioral Design & personality profiles.-Coached and challenged 6 leaders on the agile mindset and agile methods.-Started a local Scrum Master Guild.Through my experience in the field, I will, therefore, be able to help create value through a strengthened agile culture and expanded agile method.
