• Responsible for co-ordinating and planning all R&D activities.• Responsible for managing and leading the R&D team in the daily work (task prioritization, planning and follow-up)• Responsible for executing and managing 'Key Activity Project" in the R&D Department according to Svanehøj Group Strategy.• Scope, plan, monitor, excecute, control and close R&D projects in Svanehøj Group. • Managing company patent strategy and development. • Estimating development cost and lead time for 'Engineering-to-order' projects.• Project leadership by leading cross functional activities for aligning value chain deliverables and report project progress according to KPI’s.• Managing projects according to a defined State-Gate process (Project Life Cycle).• Assist the sales organisation in evaluating and analysing activities leading up to project initiation.
