Well-being and cooperation are paramount.We employ approx. 45 dedicated employees who, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication, create a strong foundation, where the common goal is to be the preferred partner and supplier within our own Brands (Redgreen, Kingshill Polo Club, Onca Sport and Explorer of Norway) Licenses (including Everlast, Disney, Marvel, and Coca Cola) and Private Label textile products, on both Scandinavian and European markets.As an HR coordinator in Contrast, my most important tasks and primary responsibilities are:• Employee and management development• Prepare staff handbook and policies• The recruitment processes• Pre-, On-, and offboarding• Maternity agreements• StudentsSalary (system: Zenegy)• Administrative tasks related to employment (employment agreements, pensions, health insurance, etc.)• Maintenance of HR master dataIn addition to my responsibilities at Contrast, I also serve as a shared service HR function for N.O.C. Holding's other companies: Björna, Redgreen and Milestone, which together number a total of approx. 30 employees, my areas of responsibility are the same as in Contrast, and thus I am HR responsible for about 75 employees.
