Virksomheden hed i perioden maj 2003 til august 2022 "Gammelgaard Trading"Konsulentvirksomhed med særligt fokus på ESG , bæredygtighed og grøn omstilling. Men også internationalisering samt ledelsesrådgivning, forretningsudvikling- og mentorring fylder meget. Vi har stort fokus på “s”et i ESG. men tilbyder også miljøaftryksberegninger/ rapporter (CO2), samt LCA.

RBBC er i dag en Fecebook gruppe med mere end 50.000 følgere. Men var oprindeligt en virksomhed med eget mc værksted i Stilling. Vi ombyggede klassiske BMW motorcykler til "café racere". Virksomheden drev jeg sideløbende med mine andre aktiviteter.Rolling bones bike club is the brainchild of two long time, middle aged friends with a passion for classic cars and motorcycles. The idea was and still is to spread the Café culture by offering ready made BMW racers, or by assisting builders with ideas, know how and procurement and access to a fully outfitted workshop… all at reasonable prices. So the goal was not to make a living from it ( we both have jobs ) but to help others that might not have the mechanical know how, accessing the wonderful world of Café Racers.We no longer have production facilities, but I still run the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/rollingbonesbikeclub with more than 50.000 followers.

På Campus Vejle var jeg ansat i perioden 2008 - 2022 sideløbende med mine aktiviteter i Gammelgaard Trading og Rolling Bones Bike Club,. Her underviste jeg i merkantile fag, herunder: salg- og service, samfundsfag, profilfag, organisation- og ledelse, iværksætteri, international handel og markeds-kommunikation,De sidste 10 år har jeg primært undervist på hovedforløbet, såvel i privat- som offentlig adm. Endvidere har jeg været ansvarlig for "Ny-mesterlæreordningen", arbejdet med opsøgende salg, været fagprøvevejleder- og eksaminator, samt udviklet digitale læringsplatforme.Jeg har i perioden bla. læst pædagogikum på Haderslev seminarium og "Digitale teknologier" på Metropol.

I headed the Danish Trade Commission in the UK, and as such was a part of the Danish diplomacy in the UK. My main responsibilities were general management and overseeing of the various projects our office undertook. Mainly export sales assistance, partner search- and build up of distribution for Danish SMC´s/ SMV`s was our business. In my time as head of mission, I reduced overhead costs by 20% and streamlined the organization and the work processes. Further I increased the network of the office, both in the UK and in Denmark.

I headed the sales and marketing dept. And was a part of the top management group.I was hired to execute a change management process, and in honesty "save the company".... After a while it became clear to me, that this would not be possible do to many factors, and I left the company.

I headed the International sales- and marketing dept. Grew export sales substantially, established distribution on key export markets, developed the brands "Fishing Xtreme and Fishing Unlimited", by the help of which, Elka Rainwear A/S held a leading market position in the international fishing industry when I left the company. Even today the article 177302 ( a fishing bib & brace) which I developed, is still the no 1 turnover contributor for the company.
